Jane Leparana Ngaira

Female Leadership program – CEO

Jane Leparana Ngaira, with her extensive background in marketing and leadership, has been instrumental in shaping the future of women's leadership in Africa. As the pioneering female County Manager for South African Airways in Kenya, Jane broke new ground and continued to excel as the longest-serving manager in this capacity. Her expertise spans business development, sales, strategy management, and branding. Committed to empowering women, Jane is a certified life coach specializing in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), focusing on leadership development. She is also pursuing a PhD in Leadership – Organizational Behavior, underscoring her commitment to academic excellence and practical leadership application. Jane's role as a certified ILO-SIYB Trainer and the Founder and Lead Trainer at Trophy Biz Trainers allows her to impart essential business skills through GYBI, SYB, and IYB courses. Her leadership at Rise and Lead Africa Women highlights her dedication to mentoring and advancing African women leaders through strategic mentorship and leadership programs. Through her work, Jane is not only a leader but a mentor, passionately investing in creating dynamic and effective women leaders across the continent.

Grace Mulei

Women Leaders Coach

Grace Mulei is a dynamic Women Leaders Coach at Rise and Lead Africa Women, where she plays a crucial role in empowering African women to ascend to leadership positions across various sectors. An accredited International Labor Organization (ILO) trainer, Grace brings a wealth of experience in gender-responsive training and leadership development. Her coaching at Rise and Lead revolves around intensive mentorship programs, leadership skill workshops, and facilitating valuable exchanges among aspiring women leaders. Grace's strategic approach not only enhances individual leadership capabilities but also strengthens the collective impact of African women in leadership roles. Her unwavering commitment to advancing women's empowerment and equality positions her as a key contributor to the transformative agenda of Rise and Lead Africa Women.

Maureen Togom

Mentorship Lead & Digital Marketing Strategist

Maureen Togom is a dedicated youth advocate and the Mentorship Lead at Rise and Lead Africa Women, where she empowers young women and girls in Kenya to pursue leadership roles. A Journalism graduate and YALI Alumni, Maureen has over six years of experience in girls' advocacy with organizations like DSW, World Vision, and Pathfinder International. At Rise and Lead, she uses her expertise in digital marketing and social media to promote women's leadership and mentorship. Her strategic approach in digital communications helps drive the organization's mission forward, making her a pivotal figure in shaping the future of female leaders.
